Come to a training session and see what it's actually like. No pressure, no judgement. Just rock up, meet the coaches and give it a go.
If you're in, pay the $400 club fee via Square invoice by end of Term 1 and you're locked in for the year. Payment plan available if you need one — just ask.
The full club fee covers everything for the year — uniforms, coaching, training and equipment. Tournament entry fees are separate and paid via Nossal High School through Compass.

We love seeing our players get more court time. This discount is our way of supporting that.
Tournament fees are separate to your club membership. These are paid directly to Nossal High School via Compass — not to NVC. Participation is optional but highly encouraged.

Tournament fees are paid via Compass through Nossal High School — not directly to NVC. This is the only time you'll communicate with the school regarding volleyball. All players are covered by Volleyball Victoria insurance during sanctioned tournaments.
We get it — $400 upfront is a lot. If you need to split it up or work something out, just tell us before end of Term 1. We'd rather sort it out than have someone miss out.
The important thing is that you actually tell us. If you go quiet and don't pay, we'll assume you're not joining. A quick email goes a long way.
All payments go through Square — you'll get an invoice sent straight to your email. It's easy and takes two minutes.

If $400 is not feasible by the end of Term 1, please contact us and we can arrange a payment plan. If you do not inform us of your situation, we will expect the full amount by the deadline.
Life gets busy. If you need to leave, we're not going to make it difficult. Here's how refunds work.
Leave early in Term 1 and you'll get a proportional refund based on how long you were with us. Fair and simple.
If you leave mid-year, your refund is calculated based on how many terms are left. The more of the year you've had, the less comes back.
If you're removed for a conduct issue, you still get a full refund. We always give a warning first — no one gets kicked without a conversation.
All refunds are processed via Square back to the original payment method. Contact us directly to initiate a refund.
